Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Cooking with Dry White Wine

If you don’t prefer to use dry white wine in your recipe a great substitution would to be to swap out the wine with the same amount of chicken stock, or a combination of substitute 1/8 cup vinegar plus 1/2 tablespoon sugar plus 1/8 cup water.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Beef Tenderloin or Chicken Breast

If you prefer not to use pork tenderloin you really can substitute any kind of meat you’d like. I think a great substitution because it’s very similar in texture to pork would be a beef tenderloin of the same weight. You can easily substitute chopped up good quality thick chicken breasts as well and they are all delicious.
