Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Roasted Meat Drippings

The drippings from your roast tenderloin can provide great flavor and a base for making gravy.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Add Extra Flavor

To add extra flavor to grilled meats rub with seasonings before grilling or place aromatic woods such as apple, cherry, hickory, or mesquite to over the preheated coals (with a gas grill, place the wood chips in a grill pan on top of the grill grate).
