Ingredients -
2 pounds Pork Tenderloins, fat trimmed, sliced in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
1 large Granny Smith Apple, chopped
1/4 cup Applesauce
1 bunch Green Onions, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation:
1. Arrange the slices of pork in the bottom of a slow cooker.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients making sure to combine well to coat.
3. Place the lid on the slow cooker and set the timer on low for 7 to 9 hours.
4. Serve.
