Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Pork Roast

A pork roast requires very little effort in the kitchen, usually just a quick sear on the stovetop to lock in juices and then into the oven to bake. This allows the focus to shift to the preparation of other dishes.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Ensuring Doneness

For whole roasts, ensure doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the center of the tenderloin. The thermometer should reach 160 F for medium doneness, slightly higher of well done.
