Pork marinade prepared from barbecue sauce, brown sugar, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper sauce, and finely chopped garlic.
Ingredients -
1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Red Pepper Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
Preparation:
1. In resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons oil, the white wine vinegar, soy sauce, pepper sauce and 1 clove garlic.
2. Refrigerate 24 hours and use as needed for meat and vegetables.

Soak pork a couple of hours to overnight in marinades. The pork can be placed in a shallow baking dish and covered in plastic wrap or placed in a zip lock resealable bag. Add the marinade, toss to coat and
place in the refrigerator to marinate.

For best results place pork in a resealable plastic bag, add the marinade and seal the bag. Ensure the meat is well coated and place in the refrigerator from two hours to overnight. Place the bag on a plate
or shallow baking dish and turn occasionally.
