Spice Rubs

Choose spices that add texture as well as flavor to the exteriors to the foods you will be grilling.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Grilling

The tenderloin should be grilled over medium high heat. For charcoal grills, let the charcoal burn long enough for the coal to burn down and a white ash completely covers individual coals.
