1. Add the olive oil and garlic clove to a jar with a tight lid and let stand overnight.
2. Combine the oil with the rosemary sprigs and pour the mixture into a baking dish.
3. Add the pork and coat all sides with the mixture.
4. Set the pork to the side and let it marinate at room temperature for 1 1/2 hours, occasionally turning.
5. Get your grill ready to barbeque.
6. Grill the tenderloin for 12 to 15 minutes, basting occasionally and turning frequently.
7. Slice and serve with your favorite sauce.
