Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Seasoning

The advance seasoning you add to foods should add alluring flavors and aromas that alert the senses to the tastes ahead.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Rubs

Always apply dry rubs well in advance of grilling to allow the herbs and spices to absorb into the food, unless you are grilling a delicate item such as scallops, shrimp or fish, where applying just prior to placing on the grill is probably more appropriate.
