Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Grilling Meats

Use tongs to turn meats on the grill, as opposed to piercing the meat you are grilling with a fork, which allows the juices to escape.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Checking For Doneness

Use an instant read meat thermometer to check large thick cuts of meat for doneness. You do not want to serve under cooked meats and poultry.
