Barbecued Pork Tenderloins

Tenderloin coated in Asian style marinade and placed in refrigerator overnight. Pork is roasted in hot oven with occasional basting.

Ingredients -
2 Pork Tenderloins
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Dry Red Wine
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 Green Onions cut in half
 
Preparation:

1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Remove and reserve several tablespoons marinade.

2. Add the tenderloins and turn to completely coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, occasionally turning.

4. Remove the tenderloins from the bowl and discard the marinade.

5. Transfer the meat to a baking pan with a wire rack.

6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

7. Bake for 45 minutes, basting often with the reserved marinade.

8. Let stand for 15 minutes.

9. Slice and serve.

 



Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Grilling Vegetables

Season vegetables with sea or kosher salt before grilling to draw out extra moisture. The technique will intensify flavors.


Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Grilling Brush Vegetables with Butter

Spray the grill rack with non-stick cooking spray before heating the grill, and brush vegetables with butter to prevent them from sticking. The butter will add a rich flavor.
