Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Grilling Fruit

Soak bamboo skewers 30 minutes before skewering fruit. The water keeps the skewers from burning. 2 skewers through each piece of fruit will keep fruit steady, easy to turn and handle, and avoid spinning around.

Pork Tenderloin Tip –
Grilling Vegetables

With some harder and larger vegetables it is better to precook them before grilling. A quick steaming or boiling will insure properly cooked vegetables, and significantly lessen the amount of time necessary on the grill.
