Asian Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin marinated in Asian style marinade prepared from light soy sauce, sesame oil, light brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, dry mustard, fresh ground black pepper and crushed garlic. Tenderloin is roasted until outside is crisp meat is cooked through.

Ingredients -
1/3 cup Light Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/3 cup firmly packed Light Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Dry Mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1-1/2 to 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
 
Preparation:
Rub:

1. In a large shallow dish, whisk together the soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and garlic.

2. Add the tenderloin, turning to coat with the sauce.

3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill for 8 hours or overnight.

4. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

5. Remove the meat from the dish and discard the marinade.

6. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and transfer the pork to the pan.

7. Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat is 160 degrees.

8. Let the meat stand for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
